Hugging this character: Yes... Do you really want to though?
Kissing this character: Yes, I wouldn't say it's a great idea though...
Flirting with this character: Yes, but... Again really? You want to flirt with him?
Fighting with this character: Yes, of course, Neuro will fight if it seems interesting or there's a good reason. Be warned however that he will be brutal if he feels you deserve it. Which is pretty much always.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Yes, accidents happen after all. And yeah some times it's not an accident but I'm tryin' to be polite. I'm honestly open to anything/everything. Neuro is still relatively durable. Though his demon body is slowly becoming the same as a humans so this is slowly changing, so he can sustain serious injuries. They just might not be as terrible to him as they would be to you. More like an annoying nuisance.
Killing this character: Player would be sad if you did, but it's possible I suppose. But I would discourage it, unless it's been discussed between us first. Only then would I consider it. ... And it takes a lot to kill Neuro... Plus it seems unlikely in this setting.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: I guess, but uh... Do you actually want to read this guys mind? You'll probably have nightmares for centuries to come.
